THE CONSTRUCTION
The primary building material consists of a recycled polystyrene called “Rastra Block”, developed in Europe. This is the same material found in disposable containers and coolers. This material, mixed with cement, and shaped into hollow forms, creates a portable, lightweight, and pliable building product. “Rastra Block” is a very maneuverable material and can be easily cut into rounded shapes with a tool.

The exquisite curved kitchen cabinets and curved marble countertops, also compliment the kitchen appliances, which are also of the highest quality. Ranging between Sub-Zero, Dacor, & Bosch that integrate with the homes Wi-Fi allowing certain functions to be operated by voice command from your homes Alexa. It includes a built-in Wine Station, 2 dishwashers, warming drawer, built-in coffee maker, wine fridge, and more. The toilets throughout the house are equipped with all built-in Japanese technology bidets.
